If the notarial deed includes
a) commitment for service and consideration or unilateral commitment,
b) the name of the obligee and the obligor,
c) the subject, quantity (amount) and legal title of the obligation,
d) the method and deadline of fulfillment.
It can be enforceable without court procedure. If the obligation is conditional upon the occurrence of a condition or date, it shall also be necessary for the enforceability of the notarial deed to certify the occurrence of such condition or date by a public document.
