The registered partnership of same sex couples, the content of which is similar to that of marriage is either terminated by the court's decision or in simple cases upon the joint request of the parties (for example no child to be maintained, the parties have settled the important questions) is terminated by a notarial decree passed in a dedicated non litigious procedure.
