Instead of the Court in Hungary the civil law notary orders execution upon request of the creditor without hearing the debtor in order to enforce a claim (or specific action) found in a notary document or to enforce to a notarial executory decree (for example a payment order that has legal force). The execution needs to be ordered so as to effectuate coercive executive acts against the debtor (obligor).
The notary communicates with the executor chamber by an IT system and with the registry courts by submittung an e-dossier via e-mail.
Notarial deeds made electronically may be released to the parties electronically or on data media, in the form of electronic document, or as a paper based official copy or notarized copy. Official copies or notarized copies of a paper based notarial deed may also be released electronically or on media.
