Registration of living wills
It is maintained by the Hungarian Chamber of Civil Law Notaries. A last will (testament) made out as a notarial deed, or deposited testament must be registered in this inventory, and the competent notary for the succession procedure must retrieve information from the inventory.
The notarial act is not compulsory.
